These Terms govern your access to and use of BoardroomVR South Africa’s website, spatial VR software, and executive consultation services.
Enterprise Rights & Responsibilities
Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration under South African commercial jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, software platforms, spatial meeting ecosystems, and advisory services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using BoardroomVR, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Service immediately.
By accessing or interacting with BoardroomVR, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you are accessing BoardroomVR on behalf of an organization—whether as an executive, employee, or agent—you affirm that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
BoardroomVR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our platform following revisions constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to access our platforms.
Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of credentials. All actions occurring under your account remain your responsibility.
You agree to use BoardroomVR solely for lawful enterprise purposes. Prohibited activities include hacking, unauthorized penetration testing, reverse engineering, scraping, spreading malicious code, or interfering with other users' spatial meetings.
Ownership: All proprietary software code, 3D chamber environments, avatars, graphics, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of BoardroomVR or its licensors.
User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of materials, CAD files, and slide decks uploaded into your meeting chambers, granting us a non-exclusive operational license strictly for facilitating spatial rendering during your active sessions.
Our services may link to third-party software, integrations (e.g. Teams, Zoom), or external hardware ecosystems. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not liable for losses resulting from third-party interactions.
No Warranty: BoardroomVR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free rendering.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, BoardroomVR and its directors shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business opportunities) arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BoardroomVR from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access at any time for material breach of these Terms. Provisions regarding IP ownership, liability limitations, and arbitration survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding confidential arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, waiving rights to class-action litigation.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete understanding between you and BoardroomVR regarding Service use.
Severability & No Waiver: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining clauses remain in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
